Firstly, make sure you have time slots assigned and you have authorized your SM (Social Media) Profile.
Test posting by using the "Send Now" option within the smqueue compose box. If the post is sent to the selected social media profile, the link is OK and there is something else wrong. Please file a support ticket.
If the post does not get sent, go to your Accounts Settings and re-authorize your social media profile. Test "Send Now" again and if the post is sent, the link is OK. If the post is not sent, please file a support ticket.
