Once you've created a new smqueue account, you should be aware of your sign in options (and a few important notes to avoid any problems).

The following scenarios will help you identify what sign in is best for you...


SCENARIO 1: 
When you created a new smqueue account, you connected all of your various social media profiles.


That's terrific! 

You can sign in to your smqueue account using whichever method you'd prefer. Use your username and email to sign in or use the various social sign in options.


SCENARIO 2:
When you created a new smqueue account, you used the twitter social sign up and skipped through the 
sign up steps. You only have the one twitter profile connected to your smqueue account.


You can sign in using the username and email you supplied during sign up, or you can use the twitter social sign in. If you have more than one twitter account, be sure to sign in to the twitter profile which you connected at the time of creating the new smqueue account.


WARNING: If you attempt to sign in using a social media profile, such as a Facebook profile, BEFORE you have connected it to your smqueue account, then you essentially start the sign up process again and create a new smqueue account.


Sign in via the SM Profile already connected and connect more social media profiles. Once connected, you can use the other social sign in options available.


SCENARIO 3
When you created a new smqueue account, you used the email sign up and skipped through the sign up steps. You DO NOT have any social media profiles connected to your smqueue account.


You can sign in using the username and email you supplied during sign up. Once you sign in, you can then connect social media profiles and start using the power of the queues.


WARNING: If you attempt to sign in using a social media profile BEFORE you have connected it to your smqueue account, then you essentially start the sign up process again and create a new smqueue account.


SCENARIO 4
When you created a new smqueue account, you used the email sign up and skipped through the sign up steps. You DO NOT have any social media profiles connected to your smqueue account and you have LOST your smqueue password.


Request a new password and smqueue will issue an email to re-set this. Sign in and connect your social media profiles. After you have these connected, you can use social sign in for quick and easy sign in.
