Your Default SM (Social Media) Profile will determine which SM Profile data to load into the smqueue Command Center when you hit on "Dashboard".
The default is the SM Profile located at the top of:
a) the "Manage Command Center for Social Profile" module located on all Command Center layouts; and
b) the "Connected Social Profile(s)" module located on all pages under "Settings".
CHANGING YOUR DEFAULT
To change your default, move your desired default to the top of your connected social media profiles list.
1. Hover over the SM Profile you'd like to move to the top. When you hover, the action icons will appear.
Hovering over the action icons will trigger a pop-up title which states what the action is.
2. HIT the "Move" action icon and HOLD.
3. The SM Profile you've selected to move will now float and follow your movement. "Drag and drop" into the position you'd like to move it to (ie, to the TOP to set as DEFAULT). You can move profiles up/down and jump multiple positions in one action.
4. "Drop" the profile to finalize the process.
The Default SM Profile will now be re-set to the SM Profile at the top of the list. Next time you re-visit the Dashboard, you will see this update working.
This update will also be reflected on all your pages under "Settings".
YOU CAN ALSO RE-ORDER AND CHANGE YOUR SM PROFILE DEFAULT WITHIN "SETTINGS".
As per the above, the system is a simple "drag and drop" action.
This update will be reflected on all your Command Center layouts.
TIP: the order of SM Profiles will also determine the order they are listed within the smqueue Compose box. Set the order of your SM Profiles from your most active to least active for quick selection of those with the most activity.
