Images are King on Social Media

Use the RSS Feed module to import posts from RSS feeds and save time sharing posts from your favorite websites with smqueue the post comes in with the "Headline from the article, link to the article and Full Image".

An "Auto Discovery" algorithm is now active for RSS Feeds. Add a standard website URL and smqueue will find the RSS URL for you.

Imported posts from RSS Feeds will be added to the END of your Main Queue. We will be working on providing the option to update this setting to "Add to Top" and will announce when this becomes available. For now, you can move the post up the list, as well as edit posts or delete a post you'd rather not share.

ADDING AN RSS FEED

1. Hit on the "Get RSS Feed" button

2. A pop-up window will load. Place your feed URL (or standard website URL) in the box and hit "Submit". Your RSS Feed will be added to the RSS Feed module. If there is a problem with the URL, an alert window will load.

SETTING HOW MANY ITEMS (POSTS) TO IMPORT PER DAY

Hit on the "Feeds" filter and select as little as one item (post) and as many as 5 items (posts) to import per day. This setting only relates to the RSS Feed to the left of the filter and does not affect your other RSS Feeds.

Note: you can not import a number of posts from feeds which exceed the number of time slots assigned. If you attempt to, an alert will load. Add more time slots and then increase the number of posts to import from your RSS Feed.
